This manual supports a course which examines curriculum and other project development issues in the context of:
a. the purposes and needs of diverse populations of clients
b. available institutional resources and
c. the politics of higher or adult education.
Particular attention is paid to the deliberative structures involved in program advocacy and analysis.
The manual also provides examples and analytic opportunities with respect to curricular typologies generated and organized by systemic function, structure and aim. Multiple and cross-categorization of common curricular elements is demonstrated.
